Recently purchased a 2006 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible From Lucky Motors. This will be my daughters first car. She's thrilled. The nice folks at Lucky Motors treated us well. Super easy and fast process! The car is amazing and fairly priced. I worked with Harrison on the purchase of the car. He was super quick to respond and answered all my questions very clearly. Super amazing experience! Update 08/29- The night I bought the car the check engine light went on and a couple days later the car died. The dealership picked up the car to fix the battery and breaks. Their mechanic crashed my car while it was in their care. It’s been a week since the crash and I haven’t been able to see my car, receive pictures, or get any update on the repairs. It’s extremely difficult getting an answer from the team and they always just say “they’re busy and the rest of their business doesn’t stop”. I understand this but it’s sketchy they haven’t been able to provide proof of damage or get in contact with the mechanic for a week. The bright side is they gave me a loaner car while I wait but I’m extremely frustrated with the issue as a whole and lack of follow up/ follow through of the team. Hopefully I can update this review soon with a positive outcome.
